Ruby’s passion for audiology is deeply personal, inspired by watching her grandfather navigate hearing loss and the profound impact it had on his confidence, social connection and wellbeing — and the positive transformation that came from finding the right support.
I am passionate about providing family-centred care, empowering you and your loved ones and advocating for greater hearing health awareness within the community.
I am an Audiology Australia accredited audiologist who graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Master of Clinical Audiology in 2023. I am a local who grew up in nearby Macleod and attended high school in Heidelberg. I began my career working in regional Victoria (Phillip Island), where I enjoyed supporting clients with a wide range of hearing and ear health conditions across the lifespan as one of a few audiologists on the island.
During University, I spent time volunteering with rural communities in Northern Thailand, delivering ear health education, performing hearing screenings and collaborating with ENT specialists to improve access to hearing care resources.
Prior to entering audiology, I worked as a tennis coach, and enjoyed working with children of all ages and abilities.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis, practicing yoga, spending time with family and friends and doting on my beautiful cats.
My approach is to provide you with the best possible care, no different to how I would like my grandfather being looked after or one of the children who I have coached at tennis.

Ruby continues to be involved with local community events, and has returned to her high school as an alumni to speak to current students about pursuing a career as an audiologist.
