Hello, I’m Sunny! You might hear from me frequently over the phone or email — I manage appointments, coordinate referrals and reports, and I’m usually the first voice you hear when you call the clinic.

MY STORY

Hear With Me is a place that takes pride in caring for those with hearing impairments — a place that hits very close to home.

Since childhood, I’ve grappled with hearing issues, regularly consulting specialists. The frustration of blocked ears and muffled speech was extremely difficult to deal with, especially for a young person who wasn’t sure what was happening. After a few years it seemed to have disappeared, until about a year ago when I became unwell — a conclusive hearing test, coupled with the diagnosis from an ENT specialist, brought clarity to my condition, shedding light on underlying ear pressure issues.

I’m incredibly passionate about advocating for better hearing because I understand firsthand the difference it can make. After completing a Bachelor of Communications (Media) at RMIT University, my path led me to Hear With Me, where I now work as Practice Manager.

In my role, I help ensure the clinic runs smoothly and that every patient feels supported from the moment they get in touch with us. Whether I’m coordinating appointments, assisting our audiologists behind the scenes, or answering questions, my focus is on making each person’s experience as welcoming and stress-free as possible.

Being part of our patients’ hearing journeys is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role, and it’s a privilege to support a team that’s dedicated to delivering genuine, compassionate care.

When I’m not at the clinic, you’ll usually find me at the gym, reading a good book, spending quality time with my loved ones, or planning my next adventure.
